Dalcam Healthcare Group (Dalcam Ltd) has sold its business to the Wise Trust Board which, together with its charitable subsidiary companies, is known as the Wise Group.

Mental health and addiction services St Dominics (Feilding) and Madison Centre (Tauranga) are now provided by Pathways, part of the Wise Group.

Specialist dementia service Westella now operates as Westella Ltd, under the Wise Trust Board.
